I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience proving a variety of mental health approaches to individuals, youth, and families, experiencing a variety of life’s challenges. I draw from a range of different therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Collaborative Problem Solving, Solution-Focused, and mindfulness-based practices.
My focus of counselling is to inspire you to feel hopeful and see your worth, to provide an environment where you can feel comfortable to build a trusting and meaningful therapeutic relationship. One that allows you to make changes, identify and build strengths, address, and manage underlying experiences and struggles that you may be experiencing in a way that honors your life.
